### 🔁 Exchange (Size Issues)
We offer a 7-day easy size exchange.

Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery  
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition  
- Original tags & packaging must be intact  

Please Note:
- A reverse shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 may apply  
- Exchange is subject to product availability  
- Only one exchange per order is allowed

### 💸 Refunds
We offer refunds only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

If eligible:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days  
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

### ⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Please contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the product and packaging  

After verification:
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund  
- Return shipping will be covered by us

### 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed products  
- Items without original tags/packaging  
- Requests made after 7 days  
- Products damaged due to misuse
